Purchasing
I offer several ways to make a purchase:
1. Online: use the secure shopping cart system.
2. Telephone: call to purchase an item you see online (360-344-3864).
3. Email: place your order through the shopping cart selecting Email as
the payment choice upon checkout (I will call for payment details).
Payment
I accept checks, money orders, American Express, Discover card, Mastercard, Visa, and PayPal.
With PayPal you can choose to use your PayPal account or you can purchase through PayPal without an account using your Mastercard, Visa, American Express or Discover card. All options are secure and easy.
Layaways
Enanimals offers an interest-free layaway policy for the purchase of any item. We ask for 20% down at the time of purchase and allow 6 months for payment to be completed.
Delivery Time
If I have what you ordered in stock I will ship it out right away. All pieces are made by hand, so please allow 2 to 4 weeks for delivery. Some projects may take longer due to the exact nature of your project, my show schedule and the number of orders ahead of yours, vacation schedules and other unplanned life occurrences. If you need a gift delivered by a certain date, I will make every effort to expedite your order, especially during the holidays.
All pieces are sold separately from chains. I use chains as a tool to photograph my Jewelry. I realize that everyone has different chain requirements varying from size, type, and length. I do supply some chains and would be happy to include one in your order. The chain style I keep in stock is Sterling Silver Snake: 16" 18" 20" otherwise I can place a special order to suit your needs. I also can make to order a leather cord with sterling silver clasp.
Your jewelry purchase comes with a soft-silk pouch which is great for storing your pieces at home and when traveling, an attractive gift box, a Polish cloth and a card with a brief description of my technique.
Special Orders:
If you have any special requests to create a custom version of one of the pieces you see, please let me know and I would love to work with you. Some projects may take longer due to the exact nature of your project, my show schedule and the number of orders ahead of yours, vacation schedules and other unplanned life occurrences. Special orders will be treated as final sales. Returns of special orders cannot be accepted.
Returns:
Returns are available only if merchandise is returned unused, undamaged and unaltered in any way. All Returns must be mailed back to me within ten days of receipt of item. No credit will be given on any item returned after this time. All items to be returned must be properly packaged and must be insured for the purchase price, sent by registered mail, UPS or FedEx. A re-stocking fee of 5% of the sales price will be charged on all returns. An exchange credit will be valid for up to six months.

Inquiries
To inquire about items on my website there are several options:
1) Add the item(s) to the shopping cart. Complete the checkout process and instead of selecting "Credit Card" from the dropdown list in the payment method field, select "E-mail". This will provide me with all the pertinent information about the item(s) you are interested in and your contact information so I can respond accurately to your inquiry.
2) Call to inquire about an item you see on the site. My number is (360) 344-3864
3) E-mail to inquire about an item you see online.
Login Accounts
Benefits of a Login Account:
1. Ability to save items in your shopping cart to purchase at a later time, and view your past orders.
2. Check the status of an order currently in progress and receive tracking numbers.
3. Ability to create lists (see Wish Lists and Gift Registry above).
Creating a Login Account is Easy.
To create an account,
1. Click on "Create an Account" link below.
2. On the Create an Account page enter your:

Create your own password.

Wish List, Gift Registries and Other Lists
(Login Account Required. See Login Accounts for details and benefits)
The List feature allows you to create your own list (My Wish List) of items in your account. My Wish List is your own personal list that you can add items to for purchasing at a later date. It's not a public list and can only be viewed once you are logged into the store. You can move items between lists, move them to cart or delete them.
The List feature also allows you to create other lists (e.g. Gift Registry). The link for these lists can be emailed to friends and family for occasions such as birthdays, weddings etc., so they can purchase the items you have listed. You can create as many lists as you need and name them whatever you like such as Birthday List, Christmas List, etc.
Important:
After creating a login account, you will see a screen asking you "What you want to do today?" To create your Wish Lists, click the link Create my wish lists. On the next screen, you will see a heading called "My Wish Lists and Gift Registry Management". Below that is a field to enter the name of your list. Click the Create New List button for your list. You can create as many lists as you need. Once the lists are created, you will have the option to add items to one of your lists instead of the shopping cart.
If you already have an account, click the "My Account" link below and login. You will come to the Account Details screen and you will see the Wish Lists and Gift Registries section where you can create your lists.
Gift Certificates
Need a gift but can't decide what to get for that special someone? Give them one of my gift certificates and let them choose! You can select the dollar value of the certificate and let them order their gift from my web site.
My gift certificates are processed through PayPal. You can pay using either a credit card or a PayPal account. Once you purchase a gift certificate, you and the recipient will receive emails. The recipient will receive an email with the dollar value and a gift certificate code. They can shop at my website, and during checkout the value of the gift certificate will be applied to their order.
If the value of the order is greater than the certificate, they can pay the difference with a credit card. If the value of the order is less than the certificate, they will have the difference remaining in the gift certificate to be used on their next order. The difference cannot be refunded in cash, only as a credit to be used on the website.

Shipping and Postage
I ship via U.S. Postal Service, Registered Mail, which typically takes 2-7 business days and is the most secure option available. Different options are available depending on how fast you would like to receive your order. I also offer (with insurance) USPS First Class, Priority, or Express, as well as FedEx or UPS Overnight shipping.
US Post Office
USPS Registered Mail:
Arrives in 2-7 business days. This is the most secure option avaliable and includes a tracking number and insurance up to $25,000. Someone must be present to sign for the package when it is delivered. I recommend shipping any custom orders or one-of-a-kind pieces with this method.
USPS First Class (with Delivery Confirmation):
Arrives in 3-5 business days. This includes insurance through the Post Office for the value of your piece and a tracking number. A signature is required upon delivery.
Priority (with Delivery Confirmation):
Arrives in 2-3 days. This includes insurance through the Post Office for the value of your piece and a tracking number. Includes Saturday delivery.
Express:
Arrival is guaranteed overnight (typically by noon) or within 2 days. It includes a tracking number, proof of delivery, and insurance up to $25,000. Someone must be present to sign for the package when it is delivered. Includes Saturday delivery.
UPS/FedEx
Standard Overnight:
Arrives in the afternoon of the next business day after the package has been sent. This includes a tracking number and insurance. Someone must be present to sign for the package. Saturday delivery is NOT avaliable for this method. UPS/FedEx does not ship to P.O. boxes.
Damage Return Policy
Any damage to an item that occurs during shipping must be brought to my attention within 24 hours of receipt of the item. The claims policies will be used, depending on how the damaged piece(s) shipped. I will do my best to take care of a situation and get your order taken care of ASAP.
Privacy Policy
Use of Private Information
I use my emailing list for announcements of shows that I will be attending, and to let you know when I offer specials and sales. I do not share or sell any information.
