I designed this piece after original art work by Sir John Tenniel, from the book Alice in Wonderland. Most any of us who have been introduced to Alice, will have a memory of the Cheshire Cat imprinted in our psyche. I still can’t believe I carved those tiny teeth! The mischievous smile reminds me of my Dad.
