While watching National Geographic specials, I was always taken with the apes and gorillas. They are so expressive in their gestures and the look in their eyes. I am very pleased with how I depicted this eastern lowland gorilla. There is great concern about the very existence of these lovely creatures. My hope is to somehow use my work as a tool to help support foundations that are making a difference towards the protection of our wild life.
